Welcome to Jericho Road,Parksville.

We're a young sappling church plant a little bigger than an acorn but dreaming of growing into a mighty oak tree. We are in partnership with Jericho Road Port Alberni and Nanaimo

We gather at a home in Parksville every Wednesday evening between 7pm and 9pm and at the Salvation Army Church on Sunday evenings at 6:30 pm (it's on the Alberni Highway at the traffic lights near the Rod and Gun).

Everyone is welcome on the Jericho Road, as long as you're not perfect ... there's only room on this road for one God.

Our vision is to be an interactive and very accessible church where everyone is welcome to explore faith in God in a safe environment. You don't have to be perfect, or have your life sorted out and all your spiritual ducks in a row to be welcomed or belong.... none of us do.

We're affiliated to the new emerging Anglican Coalition in North America with a contemporary and interactive flavor. We celebrate the fact that we are all ‘in process’ and that our relationships with God as Father involve worship, gathering together, humor, patience, encouragement, healing… and lots more. We believe the words we read in the Bible about Jesus and his ministry is what we can enter into and experience today but we have to take some risks to get there. We desire to be a safe place where we can all grow and be transformed into all God desires us to become – which is empowered, passionate, and a people of joy and hope in a troubled world.

We believe that Christianity is defined by community, unconditional love, and is meant to be an exciting adventure for the rest of our lives.
